After one well spent Saturday taking the course, she bought her first home while still in college. Eventually remodeling and flipping her first home, she followed up by investing in two more homes as a single woman over the next several years between the Puget Sound and Fort Myers, Florida. Now residing in the Tampa Bay area, she seeks to invest in short term vacation rentals as she serves her clients throughout Pinellas County, including Clearwater/St. Petersburg, Largo, Dunedin, Pinellas Park, Palm Harbor, Safety Harbor and surrounding areas.
Dayna empathizes with new buyers and sellers, recognizing the need to understand the details of these transactions, typically the most significant financial decisions in a lifetime. As a former Training Lead for major software implementations including SAP and Workday, she has the experience to gauge the level of understanding required, the ability to guide clients through these processes one step at a time, and the assurance to manage sticky situations with confidence.
Ms. Barkley has spent two+ decades of providing stellar customer service to audiences ranging from individual clients to corporate executive teams in industries including Gas, Electric and Water Utilities, Airlines, Pharmaceuticals, and Information Technology. She actively conducts Broker Pricing Opinions (BPO), preparing residential property estimates for banks and lenders, detailing the probable selling price, describing the subject property condition, market, and neighborhood, and information about sales of comparable real estate. Reports and supporting activities may include internal and external photography, securing properties, identifying, and managing necessary repairs or upgrades, and property listings.
